任职要求

具备自然语言处理（LLM、NLP）技术
熟悉AI/ML框架（TensorFlow、PyTorch）
熟悉RAG（Retrieval-Augmented Generation）技术及应用
熟悉CI/CD及信息系统开发
具备金融（银行、保险）知识或经验
具良好沟通表达技巧，乐于学习与分享
