职位概况

在 PwC 策略顾问团队担任资深顾问/经协理，帮助客户将商业策略转化为落地行动，推动企业成长与转型。

主要职责

深度分析客户所在行业、市场趋势与竞争格局，提炼关键洞察。
通过数据分析与质化研究，精准定位挑战与机会。
设计并提出兼具策略高度与可行性的解决方案，协助制定行动路径。
全程管理项目，从启动到交付，确保团队协作顺畅，达成项目目标。

任职要求

具备商管、经济、财务、工程或相关专业学术背景。
2 年以上策略、管理顾问或相关行业实战经验。
流利的英文沟通能力。
具备韧性、问题解决能力，能在快节奏项目环境中交付高质量成果。
优秀的团队合作与沟通能力，善于与不同背景的利害关系人协作。

必备技能

数据分析能力。
商业洞察与报告撰写能力。
