负责事务所风险与质量管理，监控、追踪、分析风险，确保运营符合合规与内部政策。

主要职责

监控事务所风险与质量指标。
追踪并分析风险事件。
协助优化内部风险管理制度与流程。
提出合规改进建议。

任职要求

2 年以上风险管理、法务合规或内部稽核经验。
熟悉风险评估、内部控制流程与工具。
细心、具责任感，能独立完成分析报告。
良好的英文沟通能力。

必备技能

风险评估与内部控制知识。
数据分析与报告撰写能力。
