职位概况

负责集团旗下餐厅的整体运营管理，推动品牌建设，实现营收与利润目标。

主要职责

制定并执行年度预算、运营策略及绩效目标。
管理餐厅各部门运营，监控销售、成本及费用。
建立并提升团队效能，进行人才培养与关键人才发展。
处理危机及顾客投诉，维护品牌形象。

任职要求

具备米其林餐厅管理经验，熟悉高端餐饮运营。
拥有制定运营策略和预算管理的能力。
具备团队建设、培训及跨部门协作经验。
