职位概况

在UPS台湾分部担任日本语客服，负责接听日本客户来电并通过邮件处理业务需求，提供一站式解决方案。

主要职责

接听并记录日本客户来电，处理取件、报价、货物状态查询等需求。
通过邮件回复客户，独立完成案件并与相关部门沟通。
达成公司设定的通话量和处理时长目标。
遵循日本节假日工作安排，必要时在台湾假日上班。

任职要求

日语N1等级，具备流利的口语、阅读和写作能力。
能够使用日语简历应聘。
具备良好的沟通与问题解决能力。

必备技能

日语（N1）
电话客服经验优先
