Job description

职位概况

负责独立开发台湾本土企业的海外招聘合作，提供全流程猎头服务，支持远程全职工作。

主要职责

挖掘台企海外建厂、外派及高端人才需求，洽谈招聘委托。
对接客户HR与业务负责人，梳理岗位需求并输出JD、寻访方案。
协同内部团队完成候选人寻访、面试安排、背景调查、Offer跟进及入职维护。
维护客户与候选人资源，定期复盘项目转化与回款情况。

任职要求

常驻台湾地区，可全职远程作业。
3年以上B端猎头实操经验，有台企客户BD经验者优先。
熟悉电子制造、半导体、自动化、汽车零部件等行业及台企海外布局。
具备独立商务洽谈、需求挖掘、报价谈判能力。
中英文读写流利，熟练使用LinkedIn、104猎才等寻访渠道。
