职位概况
餐务副理协助餐务经理管理餐务部日常运营，确保成本控制、设施整洁及客人满意度。
主要职责
- 监控破损物品并提供反馈，降低损失。
- 严格遵守并控制运营支出，参与年度预算制定。
- 维护后厨食品饮料区的整洁与卫生，确保设备清洁。
- 协调餐务部物资库存，保证餐具、玻璃器皿及清洁用品充足。
- 监督夜间清洁人员工作。
- 处理客诉并记录反馈，确保及时解决。
- 协助更新标准操作程序，提出效率改进建议。
- 确保团队遵循富比士标准，提供优质审计与服务。
任职要求
- 能在台湾合法工作。
- 具豪华饭店/度假村同类岗位经验。
- 熟悉清洁化学品及机械使用。
必备技能
- 清洁化学品使用知识。
- 机械操作知识。
