职位概况
负责为保险行业客户提供中台及应用的咨询服务，深入了解业务痛点与技术挑战，设计并交付符合客户业务目标的整体解决方案架构。
主要职责
- 与客户沟通，梳理需求，分析现有系统问题。
- 制定保险中台及相关应用的技术方案和架构蓝图。
- 撰写解决方案建议书，进行产品/服务的演示与汇报。
- 确保方案的顺利交付并提供后续技术支持。
任职要求
- 7 年以上系统开发与架构设计实战经验，能够独立负责大型或复杂项目。
- 具备良好的逻辑思维、分析能力和跨团队沟通协调能力。
- 有保险（产险或寿险）系统建设经验者优先。
必备技能
- Java
- Kubernetes
- Spring Framework
- JavaScript / Angular
- HTML、CSS、JSON
- Docker
- Git
