职位概况
美商BPO在台湾的客服团队招聘中英文字客服专员，负责通过邮件和在线聊天为中、英文客户提供支持，工作环境稳定并提供完善培训。
主要职责
- 通过 Email 与 Live Chat 处理中文及英文客户问题。
- 遵循 SOP 与指引，确保回复的准确性与服务质量。
- 与团队协作处理特殊或升级案件。
任职要求
- 中文流畅，英文可读写（TOEIC 700 以上）。
- 偏好文字沟通，不喜欢电话客服。
- 重视工作稳定性，具备学习意愿与责任感。
- 接受海外学生，企业协助办理工作许可。
必备技能
- 熟练使用 Email 与 Live Chat 工具。
- 具备良好的中英文书写与表达能力。
