职位概况

负责鶯歌地区的客户订单处理及物流进出货安排，属于全职岗位，需轮值假日班。

主要职责

负责客户订单处理及进出货安排
协助处理客户投诉及相关问题
追踪并处理配送异常情况
协助日常行政作业及完成主管交办事项

任职要求

能够接受每约1.5个月轮值一次的假日及国定假日班
试用期通过后根据工作表现调整薪资
具备良好的沟通与问题解决能力

必备技能

SAP系统操作经验
WMS系统操作经验
