职位概况

Angible 是一家总部位于台北的 AI 科技新创，致力于将电脑视觉与边缘运算应用于零售业。我们正在寻找 Site Reliability Engineer，负责跨云端与边缘设备的 AI 系统可靠性与安全性。

主要职责

构建并维护云端与边缘设备的监控、告警与仪表盘（Grafana 为核心）。
定义并跟踪 SLI/SLO/SLA，监控 latency、traffic、errors、saturation 等关键指标。
设计异常检测机制，实现主动预警。
负责资安监控，检测 DDoS、未授权访问等威胁并制定响应流程。
使用 Teleport 管理云端与边缘系统的安全访问与审计。
维护内部 agentic workflow 与 AI 工具的稳定性、可观测性与成本治理。
参与 on‑call、事件响应与事后复盘，持续提升系统可靠度。

任职要求

熟悉云平台 AWS，了解 EKS、EC2、S3、Lambda、CloudWatch、IAM 等服务。
具备 Linux 系统管理经验，熟练使用 Docker 与 Kubernetes。
掌握基础设施即代码工具 Terraform，能够编写 Python 或 Bash 脚本。
了解监控与可观测性工具 Grafana、Prometheus、Loki。
有使用 Teleport 进行身份验证、访问控制与审计的经验。
具备边缘计算或分布式系统的维护经验者优先。
