职位概况
本公司安達產險招聘內勤電銷專員，提供穩定的月薪加高額獎金，工作環境為純內勤坐辦公桌，無需外出。
工作地點位於台北車站附近，交通便利，享有週休二日與完整福利。
主要职责
- 透過電話與線上平台向客戶推介公司保險商品。
- 使用公司提供的優質名單進行銷售，達成業績目標。
- 維護客戶資料，跟進銷售進度與回饋。
- 參與公司安排的話術與進階培訓，提升銷售技巧。
任职要求
- 高中或以上學歷。
- 具電話行銷或業務相關經驗者佳。
- 具正向積極、健談、表達能力佳、耐心與抗壓性。
- 願意挑戰高薪，具企圖心與配合度。
