运营管理培训生项目为期数月，旨在让您全面了解UPS运营的各个环节，包括预装、再装、枢纽及驾驶等岗位，通过在实际工作中协助主管和经理，提升运营管理能力。

主要职责

参与UPS运营各环节的现场学习与实践。
在主管指导下协助日常运营工作。
完成培训后承担指定项目或任务。

任职要求

具备良好的学习能力和团队合作精神。
对物流运营有兴趣，愿意接受轮岗培训。
具备基本的英语沟通能力。

必备技能

基本的计算机操作能力。
