职位概况

负责在CareConnect团队中为加入支持计划的患者提供信息、激励与关怀，确保服务质量符合医疗监管要求。

主要职责

通过电话、邮件等渠道为患者提供即时支持。
按照计划流程联系患者，记录指导建议。
准备并提交相关文件与报告。
遵守作业流程、通话话术及不良事件通报。

任职要求

3至5年相关工作经验。
具备良好的引导、倾听与同理心。
耐心、具自我管理能力，能配合团队。
熟悉电脑及Office操作。

必备技能

Microsoft Office办公软件操作熟练。
