Network & System Engineer

About the role

OnLogic is seeking a Network & System Engineer to design, support, and protect its global IT infrastructure. You will apply creative problem‑solving skills to deliver innovative solutions that enhance ecosystem security, availability, and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the company’s global IT infrastructure, servers, applications, and cloud services.
• Oversee the global Voice over IP service.
• Prioritize IT support for Taiwan and Malaysia sites, including infrastructure development, setup, and maintenance.
• Support security compliance for the ecosystem and products.
• Ensure ecosystem availability, scalability, and performance.
• Monitor events and incidents to maintain security and performance standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in system and network engineering (on‑premises and cloud) and security administration.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Strong analytical, procedural, and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to learn new processes quickly, communicate effectively, and handle stressful situations.

Required skills

• Linux operating system administration.
• Cloud infrastructure administration (Google Cloud Platform, Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure).
• Network administration (Cisco, Juniper).
• Cloud collaboration suite administration (Google Workspace, Office365).
