MSA/CAL Technician

About the role

The MSA/CAL Technician supports manufacturing and quality operations by ensuring that equipment, processes, and products meet rigorous standards. This position works closely with the operations team to perform inspections, calibrations, and data analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Review design plans, process and test procedures, and quality manuals to verify compliance.
• Ensure manufacturing and test equipment is calibrated, maintained, and validated.
• Prepare workstations, tools, devices, and test equipment for routine assembly, calibration, and setup tasks.
• Execute prescribed test routines, document results, and verify product quality.
• Support the operations team by providing analysis and expertise throughout the inspection process.
• Identify root causes of production problems and recommend corrective actions.
• Analyze field‑reported incidents and adapt internal guidelines as needed.
• Analyze quality data to detect trends, mitigate defects, and prevent recurrence.

Required profile

• Entry‑level or junior technician with a willingness to learn and support senior engineers.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow documented procedures.
• Good analytical mindset for root‑cause analysis and data interpretation.
