Micron Account Site Manager – Taichung

About the role

Applied Materials is seeking a Micron Account Site Manager to lead the Taichung site supporting Micron’s equipment installation, warranty, and service needs. You will manage a team of Customer Engineers, own site performance, and act as the primary interface with the customer.

Key responsibilities

• Lead overall site operations, including customer satisfaction, P&L ownership, and budget management.
• Provide technical guidance to employees, colleagues, and customers.
• Drive timely, technically‑oriented responses to customer needs and develop high‑value service solutions.
• Build and maintain a capable workforce, focusing on employee development and engagement.
• Collaborate with senior business group leaders to design and implement strategies that address customer challenges and align with organizational goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing professional Customer Engineers in a semiconductor or equipment service environment.
• Accountability for site performance, resource planning, and operational challenges.
• Ability to act as the primary customer interface and align with corporate vision, mission, and values.
