Medical Supervisor

About the role

The Medical Supervisor will lead sales activities for Takeda across Taipei City and New Taipei City, focusing on rare disease and IBD therapeutic areas. This role combines commercial strategy execution with team development to drive business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Set clear, measurable goals for the sales team aligned with overall business targets.
• Monitor performance, provide regular feedback, and coach junior sales professionals.
• Foster a motivating work environment that encourages collaboration and innovation.
• Deliver ongoing training and development to ensure the team has the necessary skills and knowledge.
• Resolve conflicts within the team promptly and effectively.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback and market data to identify opportunities.
• Prepare detailed reports and actionable recommendations for strategic decision‑making.
• Identify emerging market trends and adjust territory management plans accordingly.
• Develop and execute territory plans while ensuring full compliance with company policies.
• Train team members on compliance requirements and monitor adherence.

Required profile

• Proven experience in pharmaceutical or medical sales leadership.
• Strong understanding of rare disease and IBD markets.
• Ability to translate market insights into effective territory strategies.
• Excellent communication and coaching abilities.
• Commitment to compliance and ethical standards.
