Medical Education Program Specialist

About the role

Zimmer Biomet is seeking a Medical Education Program Specialist to design, facilitate, and implement medical education courses that support the company’s strategic objectives. The role involves collaborating with internal and external experts to enhance surgical outcomes and patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute medical education program strategies for assigned product segments.
• Partner with external subject‑matter experts (academics, surgeons, healthcare professionals) and internal teams (marketing, sales) to create training curricula.
• Design comprehensive agendas ranging from self‑study modules to high‑level interactive meetings.
• Stay current on product technologies, surgical techniques, and competitor activities to align education with learning needs.
• Coordinate logistics, documentation, and administrative support for education events.
• Travel to medical education events, conduct on‑site observations, and evaluate faculty performance.

Required profile

• Experience developing and delivering medical education programs for healthcare professionals.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with key opinion leaders and junior clinicians.
• Ability to manage projects within budget and compliance guidelines.
• Willingness to travel for program execution and faculty evaluation.
