Marketing & Partnerships Executive

About the role

Crimson Education is seeking a Marketing & Partnerships Executive to drive local marketing and business development in Taipei. The role combines content creation, digital targeting, partnership development and market outreach in a hybrid work setting.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prioritize and build relationships with high‑potential school and corporate partners to generate revenue.
• Act as primary contact for partners, ensuring communication, issue resolution and satisfaction.
• Plan and execute lead‑generation events and initiatives to nurture existing partnerships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, manage implementation and drive revenue from partnership‑acquired leads.
• Strategise, manage and optimise marketing campaigns to increase lead volume, conversion and revenue.
• Work with the digital team to tailor online content (copy, creatives, landing pages, EDMs) to achieve targeted ROAS.
• Track and optimise leads and conversion across paid, owned and earned channels, reporting weekly/monthly results.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in branding, content marketing, PR, communications or advertising.
• Proven experience in sales and partnership development, preferably in an educational context.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong relationship‑building ability.
• High learning agility, growth mindset and comfort in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
• Creative, self‑driven and collaborative team player.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Marketo or similar marketing integration software.
• Strong writing, editing and content structuring across formats.
• Understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Fluency in English and Chinese.
