Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to drive Aspire Lifestyles’ brand presence in Taiwan. You will turn ideas into impact, shape local brand strategy, and lead campaigns that generate measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Support the localization of the new Aspire branding, including Taiwan digital channels, product kits, event execution and related collaterals.
• Plan and implement local Aspire events and activities to strengthen brand preference and influence.
• Support brand leadership initiatives such as social media copywriting and creative, newsletters, market intelligence and other projects.
• Source local key events, assist the Account Manager in securing high‑level client contacts and drive lead generation.
• Collaborate with the AM team and Product Development to execute promotion plans with effective cost control to maximize utilization.
• Lead client program success by managing promotion, public exposure, utilization, benefits design and joint promotion execution.
• Build strong PR relationships with government bodies, industry associations, opinion leaders and key influencers, and run local Aspire club activities.
• Develop and maintain a CRM plan to strengthen partnerships with key influencers and decision‑makers in the Taiwan market.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in marketing or PR, preferably in a PR or advertising agency.
• Proven experience working directly with senior executives.
• Strong background in event management, promotion planning and execution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field (preferred).
• Ability to work independently under pressure, fast learner, and highly responsible.
• Confident, presentable, energetic and a change‑maker.
