Marketing & Content Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Marketing & Content Assistant to support Yonyou Taiwan’s B2B enterprise software brand promotion. The role starts with hands‑on marketing execution and evolves into content and event planning as you become familiar with our products and processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage social media content, copywriting, scheduling, and performance tracking for Facebook and LINE Official Account.
• Publish and maintain website articles, event pages, and customer case studies; conduct keyword research and SEO‑related updates.
• Create graphics, posters, EDMs, exhibition boards, and basic video subtitles using Canva or Adobe tools.
• Support event promotion, on‑site execution, post‑event content preparation, and reporting.
• Assist with general marketing project execution and administrative tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Design, Business Administration or related fields.
• At least 1 year of experience in social media management, content marketing, graphic design, or administrative support.
• Strong copywriting, data organization, and visual layout abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, team‑player able to meet deadlines.
• Portfolio link or relevant work samples required.

Required skills

• Canva (graphic creation)

• WordPress backend operations (plus)
• Basic SEO and keyword planning
• Experience with Facebook and LINE Official Account
