Marketing & Communication Executive

About the role

The Marketing & Communication Executive will lead the hotel’s media relations and public‑relations activities, ensuring the brand’s story reaches both local and international audiences. You will work closely with internal teams and external agencies to create compelling content that highlights the hotel’s unique offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain strong relationships with local and overseas media outlets.
• Produce newsworthy materials and press releases that showcase new services, promotions, and unique selling propositions.
• Coordinate press enquiries, interviews, and media visits, including overseas delegations.
• Manage the public‑relations operating budget and oversee production schedules with graphic designers and production houses.
• Plan and supervise photography sessions, handling all behind‑the‑scenes requirements.
• Keep up‑to‑date media contact lists and ensure regular communication with journalists.
• Provide accurate hotel information to guests, the local community, and corporate stakeholders upon request.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Minimum of one year of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or marketing communications.
• Excellent written communication skills in Traditional Chinese and English.
• Familiarity with the Group PR Manual and corporate communication standards.
