About the role
Roche is seeking a Marketing Advisor for Hematology to manage the product portfolio in Taiwan, aligning local marketing plans with global strategies and focusing on patient value.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement local marketing strategies and branding for the hematology portfolio.
- Analyze market data and competitor activity to drive product positioning and market strength.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver end‑to‑end customer experiences.
- Manage product forecasts, introductions, withdrawals and communicate updates.
- Engage Key Opinion Leaders and product advocates to support market adoption.
Required profile
- Minimum 4 years of pharmaceutical product management experience.
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and launch new products.
- Strong business acumen with experience in market analytics and branding.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
Required skills
- Data analytics for market insight extraction.
- Digital engagement tools and platforms.
- Proficiency in English language.
