Manufacturing Test Engineer (System & Hardware) – New Graduate

About the role

This position supports high‑volume semiconductor manufacturing by ensuring the stability and reliability of production test systems (ATEs). It is ideal for recent graduates eager to apply technical knowledge in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and qualify test equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and monitor system performance parameters.
• Provide first‑line technical support, conduct preliminary failure analysis, identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Test Engineering, Product Engineering, Manufacturing Operations and external suppliers to resolve complex technical issues.
• Develop and improve SOPs, work instructions and engineering documentation for test systems.
• Participate in productivity, cost‑reduction and automation projects to enhance equipment utilization.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, Mechanical, Automation Engineering or related field.
• Up to two years of relevant experience in semiconductor manufacturing, test engineering or equipment automation; fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, good English communication skills (TOEIC 600+ preferred).

Required skills

• Fundamental knowledge of electronic circuits, semiconductor devices and measurement principles.
• Basic programming and debugging in Python and C/C++ (or automated test program development).
