Manufacturing Production Operator – Night Shift

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Production Operator to work the night shift in our manufacturing facility. The role involves operating equipment, assembling products and ensuring quality standards are met during the 22:00‑07:00 shift.

Key responsibilities

• Operate machines according to the production flow and perform product assembly.
• Use soldering iron for connector and wire tinning, and conduct simple visual inspections.
• Coordinate with other operators to meet production and procedural standards.
• Record daily production data and maintain 5S housekeeping.
• Participate in assembly and quality training sessions.

Required profile

• Intermediate Mandarin proficiency (must be able to read and speak).
• Willingness to work the night shift (22:00‑07:00) with a 1‑hour break.
• Experience with BNA, PNA or TDR testing equipment is a plus.

Required skills

• BNA testing operation.
• PNA testing operation.
• TDR testing operation.
• Soldering gun usage and wire tinning.
• Visual inspection of assembled products.
• Measurement with calipers and basic inspection tools.

What we offer

• Base salary starting at NT$35,000 per month.
• Attendance allowance NT$1,000 and meal allowance NT$1,800.
• Night‑shift premium NT$600 per day (approximately NT$13,200 per month).
