Manufacturing Line Manager

About the role

The Manufacturing Line Manager will lead Chip Sort and Test & Repair (T&R) operations, driving capacity, productivity and quality to meet business goals. This role oversees a cross‑functional team of 70‑80 employees and partners with engineering, quality and planning functions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Chip Sort and T&R manufacturing operations, managing capacity and productivity.
• Develop and manage a cross‑functional organization across Process, Equipment and Production teams.
• Drive SQCDP performance and operational excellence through cross‑functional collaboration.
• Implement continuous‑improvement initiatives using GEMBA, SGA, Lean Manufacturing and PDCA.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Planning, IE and Global User Groups for production stability and NPI rollout.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• 8+ years of semiconductor manufacturing experience with progressive leadership responsibilities.
• Broad experience in Chip Sort, T&R, Assembly or related semiconductor operations.
• Proven track record of driving operational excellence, productivity improvement and capacity optimization.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Good command of English.
