Manager, Order to Invoice (OTI)

About the role

The Manager, Order to Invoice (OTI) will lead the global G‑EDM OTI processes, driving strategic business engagement, process improvement and digitalisation across the supply‑chain function. This role reports to the G‑EDM leadership team and works closely with customer service leads, IT partners and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the development and implementation of G‑EDM’s business strategy, process improvements and digitalisation initiatives, advocating new concepts to stakeholders.
• Act as the global point of contact for OTI processes, leading the optimisation, automation and NGBA steering activities, and guiding Customer Service Leads to define end‑state solutions.
• Conduct regular analysis of existing processes and the IT environment to identify further development opportunities.
• Identify global and country‑specific features, run NGBA workshops, deliver role‑based training and produce user documentation, process descriptions and procedural guidelines.
• Provide updates to key stakeholders on NGBA implementation progress, represent G‑EDM in expert communities and build an internal OTI expert network.

Required profile

• Proven experience in logistics or supply‑chain management with a focus on process improvement and digitalisation.
• Demonstrated ability to lead change‑management initiatives and deliver training across multiple regions.
• Strong stakeholder‑management and communication skills to coordinate global teams and present progress updates.
