Manager, Cyber Strategy & Transformation (Consulting)

About the role

The Cyber team seeks a Manager to lead strategy and transformation initiatives for clients across Taiwan. This role blends strategic planning, solution design, and project delivery to strengthen digital security, reduce vulnerabilities, and enhance overall resilience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead teams in designing and implementing cybersecurity solutions that minimize vulnerabilities and improve operational efficiency.
• Leverage deep knowledge of client business strategies to develop sustainable risk‑management solutions aligned with long‑term goals.
• Provide expert guidance on establishing or enhancing end‑to‑end risk‑management systems, processes, and frameworks.
• Oversee project execution, ensuring timely delivery and a superior client experience.
• Enhance the quality, accuracy, and impact of reports and presentations through critical thinking and sound judgment.
• Stay informed on industry trends, innovations, and best practices to add strategic value to client engagements.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience applying security and IT‑management standards such as ISO 27001 and CSA.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISA, CISM, CCNP, PMP) are a plus.
• Proven ability to lead teams, solve complex problems, and deliver customized solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
