职位概况
負責 NMB 及 Solaris 產能提升的夜班操作，工作 12 小時、休息 2 小時，實際工作時數 10 小時。入職前安排至少 1 個月日班訓練取得必要技能，合格後轉為夜班。
主要职责
- 機台操作及手動生產作業，包括 NMB 押出、切割、接蓋、測試、包裝及 Solaris 組裝。
- 成品外觀檢查，依作業標準執行檢查並維護紀錄。
- 與同事協作於輪班期間互相支援，完成主管指派工作。
任职要求
- 能長時間站立，適應高溫及飛落纖維環境（NMB 工作站）。
- 在無塵室作業需穿戴無塵衣、口罩、手套（Solaris 工作站）。
- 細心、負責，能承受工作壓力，具主動積極與學習意願。
必备技能
- 機台操作。
- 基本電腦操作與打字能力。
