Logistics Analyst

About the role

Teradyne is seeking a Logistics Analyst to support the Taiwan Parts Service and Logistics Operations. The role will act as the primary liaison between internal teams, customers, and third‑party logistics providers to ensure efficient movement of parts worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Taiwan parts service logistics, coordinating warehousing, local distribution, and international freight.
• Track shipments and orders, monitor KPIs, and identify root causes for deviations.
• Provide day‑to‑day logistics support to internal and external customers, handling inquiries and complaints.
• Negotiate rates with regional freight vendors and resolve shipment issues.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. and Taiwan regulatory policies.
• Lead logistics projects across Asia, including warehousing initiatives.
• Coordinate repair and return processes with customers, parts centers, and transportation vendors.
• Support the planning group with local sourcing, inventory purchases, and goods receipt.
• Maintain accurate system transactions, verify billing, and review SOPs.

Required profile

• Degree in Business, Logistics or a related field.
• More than 5 years of order or logistics management experience.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Required skills

• Oracle logistics system.
• Reflection for UNIX (preferred).
• Microsoft Excel.
• Word processing software.
• Knowledge of international trade, logistics processes, and customs clearance.
