Logistics Analyst – Global Operations (Taiwan)

About the role
Etched is looking for a detail‑oriented Logistics Analyst to support and scale its global logistics operations from the Taipei hub. You will work closely with international suppliers, contract manufacturers and logistics partners, providing shipment tracking, data analysis and operational support in a fast‑growing hardware environment.
Key responsibilities
- Track and manage inbound and outbound shipments end‑to‑end across global suppliers, contract manufacturers, warehouses and final destinations.
- Maintain accurate shipment, delivery and inventory receipt records in the ERP and internal platforms.
- Monitor lead times, delivery performance and flag risks or exceptions early.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers and warehouse partners to resolve delays and discrepancies.
- Review international shipping documentation for accuracy, including commercial invoices, packing lists and Incoterms alignment.
- Build and maintain recurring reports on transit times, on‑time delivery, logistics cost and exceptions.
- Support inventory control for the Taiwan office, 3PL warehouses and contract manufacturers.
- Document and improve logistics SOPs, identify manual processes and propose automation.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance and Operations across time zones.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Economics or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, supply‑chain analytics or import/export operations.
- Hands‑on experience coordinating international import and export shipments.
- Working knowledge of Taiwan import/export regulations, customs clearance and domestic shipping.
- Familiarity with air freight, ocean freight, express courier services and Incoterms.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with operational data.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Excel (lookups, pivots, basic modeling).
- Proficiency in Google Sheets.
- Experience with ERP systems for shipment and inventory tracking.
- Knowledge of Incoterms and international trade documentation.
