Lifestyle Programming Manager

About the role

The Lifestyle Programming Manager will be the cultural and experiential lead for The Glasshouse, shaping a dynamic calendar of music, arts, spirits and luxury brand experiences that position the venue as a premier lifestyle destination in Taipei.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an annual calendar of cultural, music, cocktail, arts and luxury lifestyle events.
• Curate signature, seasonal and limited‑edition experiences for the Tilt, Playback and Cooper venues.
• Research emerging trends in culture, entertainment and luxury lifestyle and translate them into guest‑focused programmes.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with luxury brands, spirit houses, artists, musicians and cultural institutions.
• Negotiate and manage collaboration agreements, sponsorships and brand activations.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Food & Beverage and external partners to ensure programming aligns with the Capella brand story.

Required profile

• Creative, culturally connected and commercially minded professional.
• Proven experience in curating lifestyle, arts or entertainment programmes.
• Strong network within luxury, spirits, music and cultural sectors.
• Excellent partnership development and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with marketing, F&B and operations teams.
