About the role
We are looking for a Lead Operator to join our semiconductor manufacturing team at Vishay Siliconix in Kaohsiung. The role involves executing assigned missions using production equipment to deliver high‑quality output while maintaining a safe work environment. You will be part of a global leader in electronic components, contributing to the production of power MOSFETs and other advanced technologies.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out production tasks assigned by supervisors, operating equipment and tools to meet output targets and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and promote a high‑safety workplace at all times.
- Monitor equipment performance, perform routine checks, and report any issues to the maintenance team.
