职位概况
lululemon 在台中門市招聘初階主管（Key Leader），負責帶領門市團隊、提升顧客體驗，確保營運順暢。
主要职责
- 以身作則，支援教育專員，推動卓越顧客體驗。
- 監督樓面營運，根據關鍵績效指標調整工作優先順序。
- 提供團隊回饋、指導與職涯發展，處理績效問題。
- 規劃與執行本地及區域社群活動，如跑步俱樂部、瑜伽日。
- 管理商品展示、補貨與門市開關店作業。
任职要求
- 具備在受指派門市司法管轄區內合法工作資格。
- 願意彈性排班，能適應門市營運需求。
- 具備包容、多元、誠信、顧客導向與團隊合作精神。
- 具備領導力，能激勵、指導並發展團隊成員。
必备技能
- 熟悉門市營運流程與客戶服務標準。
- 能運用門市技術工具支援日常營運。
