職位概況

負責規劃與推動 Karry 數位客群經營模式及平台策略，提升客戶規模、資產成長與平台活躍度，打造具競爭力的數位金融平台。

主要職責

制定數位客群經營策略與年度發展計畫，達成獲客、活躍與資產成長目標。
規劃客群價值定位、產品權益及跨產品生態圈策略，提升客戶黏著度。
督導行銷活動規劃與成效追蹤，持續優化經營模式。
主導平台用戶旅程、功能、訂價與優化規劃，協調開發與維運。
領導跨部門專案合作，監控關鍵指標與資源運用。

任職要求

7 年以上銀行金融領域相關工作經驗。
5 年以上數位金融、平台經營、客群經營或數位行銷經驗。
具數位帳戶、金融平台、金融科技或 Growth 實務經驗。
具科級以上主管或大型跨部門專案管理經驗者佳。
