IT Support Engineer (Corporate)

About the role

We are looking for a customer‑oriented and experienced IT Support Engineer (L1) to join our Corporate IT team in Taipei. The role provides both on‑site and remote assistance to internal users across multiple office locations, covering endpoint devices, identity and access management, collaboration tools, network connectivity and video‑conferencing equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle IT incidents and service requests through the ITSM platform, walk‑in support and approved remote‑support channels.
• Provide first‑line troubleshooting for macOS, Windows, laptops, mobile devices, printers, scanners and other peripherals.
• Support enterprise collaboration, productivity, identity and access management tools, and assist with sign‑in, MFA, device and network issues.
• Maintain and troubleshoot office automation, video‑conferencing and meeting‑room equipment to ensure readiness for meetings.
• Assist with IT asset receiving, tagging, inventory, deployment, collection and employee onboarding/offboarding processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT Service Desk, Help Desk or similar first‑line support role.
• Proven ability to independently resolve common L1 issues and determine appropriate escalation.
• Familiarity with macOS and Windows desktop environments.
• Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi‑Fi and wired network troubleshooting.
• Experience using an ITSM tool to manage tickets and follow documented procedures.
