HVAC Engineer / 廠務空調工程師

About the role

The position is based at the new high‑tech plant in Linkou, New Taipei City, supporting ASML’s clean‑room facilities. The engineer will monitor the central control room, operate and maintain the plant HVAC system, manage contractors and handle incidents.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor HVAC equipment and operating conditions via BMS, SCADA and CMMS platforms.
• Manage alarms, classify and escalate events, and ensure accurate shift‑hand‑over records.
• Carry out inspections and follow corrective and preventive maintenance plans.
• Supervise subcontractor activities, verify work quality and data accuracy.
• Perform basic troubleshooting, manage spare‑parts inventory and maintain critical spares.
• Respond to customer requests and support routine facility work and hand‑over inspections.
• Follow EHS, Permit‑to‑Work and LOTO procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HVAC, Refrigeration, Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least one year of HVAC facility experience in a cleanroom or high‑tech manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with SCADA, BMS, CMMS and corrective/preventive maintenance processes.
• Ability to work rotating shifts and handle overtime.
• Mandarin proficiency; TOEIC 500+ preferred.

Required skills

• SCADA, BMS and CMMS (e.g., Planon) platforms.
• HVAC system operation, including ice‑water chillers, pumps, cooling towers, AHU and MAU.
• PTW and LOTO procedures.
• Contractor management and EHS compliance.
