HR Senior Executive (Taipei)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Senior Executive to join AIT Worldwide Logistics in Taipei. This full‑time position will support the company’s human resources and administrative functions across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for Taiwan, including sourcing, interviewing, offer management and onboarding.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations, handling grievances, investigations, disciplinary actions and conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with Taiwan labor laws, maintain accurate HRIS data and manage employee lifecycle processes such as transfers, promotions and off‑boarding.
• Coordinate with payroll providers and vendors to guarantee operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, Law or related field; HR certification is a plus.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including end‑to‑end HR operations in Taiwan.
• Strong knowledge of the Taiwan Labor Standards Act and local employment regulations.
• Experience handling employee relations, investigations and compliance matters.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and verbal.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS platforms such as Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle or Paylocity.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
