HR People Partner – Employee Experience & Engagement

About the role

TSMC is looking for a highly motivated People Partner to join its HR team. The role will support a positive work environment by delivering HR operations, employee well‑being initiatives, and guidance to both staff and managers.

Key responsibilities

• Design, organise and execute programmes that boost employee engagement, well‑being and overall satisfaction.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and managers, providing practical HR support and advice.
• Facilitate efficient execution of HR processes, identify improvement opportunities and streamline procedures.
• Assist in implementing business‑aligned HR solutions and advise on policies and procedures.
• Manage specific employee‑relations cases and contribute to resolution.
• Gather data, perform basic analysis and prepare reports to support HR projects and strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Sociology, Psychology or a related discipline.
• Prior experience in an HR function is highly preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with a proven capacity to build rapport across diverse groups.
• Resilient and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent in both Mandarin and English.
