职位概况
负责协助房务总监管理酒店房务部的整体运营与服务质量，确保客房及公共区域保持高标准的清洁、舒适与服务水平。
主要职责
- 监控客房状态、宾客信息及每日运营情况，保证服务符合酒店标准。
- 安排房务团队人力、排班及工作分配，监督仪容、出勤与表现。
- 监督客房、公共区域及工作区的清洁卫生，定期抽查重要客房。
- 制定并执行年度及日常工作计划，跟进各分部进度。
- 编制部门预算，控制成本并管理人力、物料资源。
- 负责设备维护、资产管理及安全卫生规范的落实。
- 处理宾客意见、投诉，协调跨部门解决问题。
任职要求
- 大学以上学历，具中高阶专业职称者佳。
- 5年以上酒店或度假村房务管理经验，奢华酒店背景优先。
- 具高度服务热忱，优秀的人际沟通与协调能力。
- 能够在台湾合法工作，需附英文简历。
必备技能
- 良好的电脑操作能力。
