Guest Service Ambassador

About the role

The Guest Service Ambassador (GSA) is the first point of contact at JLL’s reception, delivering authentic hospitality to employees, clients and visitors. This role blends front‑desk duties with administrative support to ensure smooth, safe and welcoming operations across the site.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome employees, clients and guests with genuine hospitality and manage visitor registration through the Visitor Management System (VMS).
• Provide concierge services, including local expertise, transportation coordination and emergency response support.
• Assist with health, safety and security procedures, ensuring regulatory compliance and rapid response to incidents.
• Support procurement and vendor management by onboarding new vendors and maintaining contract information.
• Handle site‑operations tasks such as processing FM tickets, maintaining premises cleanliness, and managing duplicate office keys.
• Foster a sense of community, building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Required profile

• Strong client and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience in procurement, vendor, and visitor management.
• Awareness of health, safety, and risk management practices.
• Excellent communication, tact and diplomacy.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, service‑oriented environment.
