About the role

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve low‑complexity software application and system issues with supervision.
• Provide customer software support through the ticketing system.
• Assist field engineers in analyzing software problems on customer tools.
• Maintain alignment with group objectives and follow standard procedures.
• Develop beginner‑level understanding of product, system software, and troubleshooting tools.
• Complete required trainings and certifications for product knowledge.
• Familiarize with equipment software documentation, key features, and installation/upgrade instructions.

Required profile

• Conceptual knowledge of software engineering theories and practices.
• General business understanding gained through education or prior experience.
• No supervisory responsibilities; accountable for technical contributions.
• Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems and meet deadlines.
• Effective communication: exchange straightforward information and verify understanding.

Required skills

• Strong experience developing web applications with HTML, CSS, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks and decoupled architectures.
• Proficiency in C# or another object‑oriented programming language.
• Understanding of UI/UX design principles.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Git.
• Experience with virtualization technologies.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Programming experience in Python.
• Experience with relational databases (MySQL, MariaDB) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
