Global EHS & Sustainability Senior Audit Program Manager

About the role

Micron Technology is seeking a Global EHS & Sustainability Senior Audit Program Manager to lead and coordinate environmental, health, safety and sustainability audits across its international sites. The role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, internal standards and international frameworks such as ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001 and the Responsible Business Alliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and conduct EHS&S audits, develop corrective action plans and follow‑up audits.
• Coordinate audit schedules across multiple global sites with internal and external partners.
• Analyze audit data to identify trends, systemic issues and measure program effectiveness.
• Leverage AI‑enabled tools and advanced analytics for audit planning, risk assessment and performance monitoring.
• Improve process connectivity between EHS&S management systems and functions such as production, quality and supply chain.
• Develop and maintain process maps, metrics and dashboards to track audit outcomes.
• Coach and mentor new auditors and foster collaborative relationships at all organizational levels.

Required profile

• Minimum B.Sc. in Engineering, Science or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience auditing EHS&S management systems in a multinational manufacturing environment.
• Additional 5 years of operational EHS&S experience, preferably in electronics or semiconductor production.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills in English.
• Ability to work across cultures, geographies and tight deadlines.

Required skills

• ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 50001 lead auditor certifications.
• Proficiency with data‑analytics tools such as Excel, Power BI and Tableau.
• Experience using AI‑enabled audit tools and advanced analytics.
• Root‑cause analysis techniques and corrective‑action management.
