Gas Filling Engineer (Gas Cylinder Filling)

About the role

Air Liquide Far Eastern (ALFE), a joint venture between Air Liquide and Far Eastern New Century, is hiring gas filling engineers across Taiwan to meet business and customer growth. The role fills gas cylinders and cylinder bundles with gaseous and liquid products, with part of the work outdoors and on rotating day/night shifts. Open areas: Kaohsiung Luzhu, Taichung Wuli, Taoyuan Guanyin and Tainan Anning.

Key responsibilities

• Fill gaseous and liquid products into cylinders and cylinder bundles
• Categorise, organise and move cylinders
• Regular equipment checks, cleaning and maintenance
• Other tasks assigned by supervisors or related documentation
• In Taichung: operate quality instruments and verify results against customer standards

Required profile

• No experience required; fresh graduates and those without gas industry experience are welcome
• Accepts semi-outdoor site work and three-shift schedules with holiday duty
• Accepts moving heavy loads such as gas cylinders

Required skills

• High-pressure special, high-pressure vessel, forklift, crane operator certificates are a plus
• Experience in a gas plant or chemical industry is a plus
