Full Stack Engineer – AI Neobank (Hybrid, Taiwan)

About the role

We are looking for a product‑mindful Full Stack Engineer to help build and ship features for BJAK’s AI‑powered Neobank app. You will move fluidly between frontend, backend, APIs and internal tools, turning ambiguous ideas into reliable, user‑friendly products.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and launch end‑to‑end product features across the web stack, including UI, APIs and databases.
• Create and maintain customer and internal workflows for onboarding, accounts, payments, rewards, travel, FX, support automation, KYC and risk.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, mobile, backend and AI engineers to iterate quickly and improve post‑release.
• Build internal tools and automation that reduce manual effort and enable teams to scale.
• Own the product after launch: monitor performance, debug issues, gather feedback and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Strong full‑stack engineering experience with shipped products.
• Comfortable working across frontend, backend, APIs, databases and production debugging.
• Product‑focused mindset with the ability to simplify complex workflows.
• Self‑starter who can thrive in ambiguous environments and own outcomes end‑to‑end.
