Full Stack Engineer (AI)

About the role

Binance is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to pioneer AI‑augmented development across its product teams. You will be one of the first dedicated engineers to build end‑to‑end features while integrating advanced AI coding assistants into daily workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Own the complete development lifecycle of product features, from frontend UI to backend services.
• Integrate mainstream AI coding tools such as Cursor, Copilot, or Claude Code to boost development efficiency.
• Translate product requirements into functional implementations with minimal handoff friction.
• Act as a full‑stack “seed” within the team, championing best practices, mentoring peers, and scaling AI‑augmented workflows.
• Identify and resolve cross‑team collaboration bottlenecks, proposing improvements to product, design, and engineering processes.
• Contribute throughout the product lifecycle, from ideation and design to deployment and iteration.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Computer Science or AI‑related fields.
• 1–5 years of professional software development experience.
• Self‑driven attitude with a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
• Strong logical thinking, clear communication, and a passion for learning new technologies.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one backend language: Java or Go (Golang).
• Experience with Node.js and React for full‑stack development.
• Solid understanding of database design, data modeling, and core backend concepts.
• Hands‑on experience using AI coding assistants (e.g., Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code) and ability to review AI‑generated code.
