Flutter Engineer (iOS/Android)

About the role

Binance is looking for a Flutter Engineer to develop and evolve key mobile modules for Binance Square, its social platform for Web3 and crypto. You will work on both iOS and Android applications, delivering high‑quality, user‑centric experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Own the development and evolution of core Binance Square mobile modules using Flutter and native iOS/Android code.
• Collaborate with product, design and QA teams to ensure a smooth, consistent user experience.
• Lead performance optimisation, reducing latency and improving app stability and responsiveness.
• Maintain engineering excellence through code reviews, best‑practice adoption and high code quality standards.
• Utilise AI‑assisted development tools to increase coding efficiency, testing and debugging.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of professional mobile development experience with Flutter combined with native iOS or Android.
• Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and a proven track record of building intuitive, user‑centric applications.
• Experience with mobile app architecture patterns such as MVVM or Clean Architecture and consumption of RESTful APIs.
• Ability to optimise Android performance, including networking, rendering and memory management.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to coordinate with overseas partners.
