职位概况
负责为健身中心的客人提供热情、及时、个性化的服务，确保设备安全使用并维护场所整洁。通过满足客人需求，创造“随时随需”的WOW体验。
主要职责
- 迎接每位进入健身中心的客人，提供随时随需的服务。
- 协助客人点餐、调制并提供FIT饮品。
- 准确记录并入账客人的消费，接受现金或信用卡付款。
- 维护设备安全、有效使用并保持清洁。
- 确保商品库存充足，做好出入库登记。
- 保持场所整洁，确保仅供酒店住客及健身会员使用。
- 遵守公司政策与流程。
任职要求
- 具备良好的服务意识和沟通能力。
- 能够熟练操作收银系统或相关设备。
- 注重细节，能够保持设施和用品的整洁。
- 能够在快节奏环境中工作，适应弹性工作时间。
必备技能
- 收银及账务处理能力。
- 饮品调制与服务技能。
- 设备安全使用与维护知识。
