我们正在寻找一位兼具财务分析、营运管理及团队领导能力的财务主管，负责企业资金规划、营运绩效分析、经营决策支持及重要专案推动。
主要职责
- 负责企业资金管理、现金流规划与财务风险控管。
- 建立年度预算、财务预测及营运分析机制，提供管理层财务洞察与决策建议。
- 协助事业单位营运绩效追踪与分析，建立管理报表与关键绩效指标监控机制。
- 参与企业重要投资、策略及经营专案评估，推动跨部门合作与流程优化。
- 协助企业治理、内部控制及相关管理制度精进，带领并培育团队成员提升组织效能。
任职要求
- 大学以上学历，财务、会计或商管相关科系。
- 8年以上财务、FP&A、财务分析或企业财务管理经验，具团队管理或专案领导经验。
- 熟悉预算管理、营运分析及管理报表建置，具优秀商业敏感度与数字分析能力。
- 良好的跨部门沟通与 Business Partnering 能力，能独立与高阶主管讨论经营议题并提供建议。
- 具备英文商业沟通能力。
必备技能
- 财务分析与预算管理能力。
- 跨部门沟通与项目推动经验。
